All returned cores must match the model or style of the purchased item. Cores should be returned within 45 days from the shipment date to qualify for consideration. If cores are returned within this timeframe and pass our inspection, we will issue a core credit based on the assessment. If a core is found to be partially usable, a prorated credit may be granted at the sole discretion of CAC. Returns made after the 45-day period will be credited at half the original core charge unless there are prior written agreements. Cores that are damaged or deemed unusable will not be eligible for credit. Customers bear the responsibility for return shipping costs. However, CAC can facilitate shipping at our preferred rates if the customer wishes.
